The main open-concept hall welcomes you with high ceilings, natural light, and seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas. Each of the 12 bedrooms with 20 beds offers plush 1800-thread-count bedding and its own spa-like bathroom. Showers in all 12 bathrooms are equipped with multiple shower heads, and several rooms feature jacuzzi bathtubs and steam showers. The primary suite overlooks both the pool and sports court, featuring a marble and limestone bath, and a Swedish sauna.

This home features dual gourmet kitchens, crafted for both everyday convenience and large-scale entertaining:

• The main kitchen includes a 48” range, five ovens, 12 stovetops, premium appliances (Vitamix, Ninja blender, InstaPot, and more), and dual islands (20’ and 15’ long) for ample prep and gathering space.
• The outdoor kitchen, ideal for poolside dining, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cook burners, a hot plate, and a barbecue station.

R&R Mansion’s backyard is a private resort unto itself. The 12-foot-deep pool features four waterfalls, a grotto, a water slide, and a swim-up bar, surrounded by Hawaiian Palapa shades and cooling misters that keep the air refreshing year-round. Lounge in the cabanas, unwind in the spa, or enjoy cocktails by the bar as the sun sets.
