We had an absolutely incredible stay and couldn’t have chosen a better property for our wedding celebration with friends and family. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Richman, made us feel right at home—he personally gave us a tour of the property and stayed in great communication throughout our entire stay.Every one of our guests loved the space, especially the privacy of having their own bedrooms and bathrooms, while still having plenty of large, beautiful common areas where all 30 of us could come together to relax, celebrate, and spend quality time as a group. It truly struck the perfect balance between privacy and togetherness.We’re already planning our next trip to Las Vegas and will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone hosting a large group or special event!

The whole place is amazing, spacious enough for families, beautiful pools! Especially, the host is super thoughtful and flexible for our late arrival and departure flights. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!
This property is very unique and one-of-a-kind! We reserved this property for a joint Birthday celebration, all of our friends had their own private bedroom and bath. The common areas we're all very comfortable, wether we were having a group dinner, watching the US Open on the flat screen or outside swimming and laying out in the sun. The property was close to the strip and all the hotel/casinos in Las Vegas and Ubers had no issues finding the property. The owner was easy to communicate with and made the check out extremely easy, especially because it is such a large property. Our group looks forward to coming back!

We rented the property for my brothers bachelor party and this property was absolutely perfect. The team was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay and made things very easy for us to enjoy our trip. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique spot near the strip for a big group!
WARNING: Bedroom 9 is a loft above Bedroom 8 and you have to walk through bedroom 8 to get to Bedroom 9. Bed 9 has to walk through bed 8 to get to the bathroom. Technically it's 2 bedrooms but this is not explained clearly in the listing. I had 9 family groups and was lucky to have 2 volunteers share the 8 & 9 bedrooms without issue.Other than that the place is pretty awesome. Maybe could use an extra fridge as we filled the one up pretty good. Fantastic weekend with family. Plenty of towels and amenities. Hosts responded quickly to two needs (extra blankets and spatula) and delivered them within an hour each time. Pools (large one heated, smaller one not), large hot tub, outside covered patio with table tennis area. lots of lounging areas. It appears this place was built as a spa retreat area on the outskirts of town. Lot of "zen" areas as seen in the pictures.The only tiny downside would be that the kitchen is not large. But plenty of dining room space.
If you have a big group this place is It!! it's HUGE and perfect!!! Host is super responsive and even let me walk the property a few months before. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!

Paradise was GREAT for our family Thanksgiving. Lots of room, heated pools, hot tub, games and a pickleball court, were all onsite. Location very convenient to everything on the Strip - everywhere we went in Vegas was 10-15 minutes away. Easy availability for Uber as well. Andre the host was accommodating and friendly and checked in via text several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
This place was AMAZING! We stayed here for my bachelorette party. There was 16 of us and there was more than enough space. The outdoor area was beautiful. I'm sad we weren't able to enjoy it more because we had plans on the strip but really if you book this place you should keep a day just for the zen garden. The host was super responsive and able to give us early check-in and late check-out. The price is extremely reasonable for how much space there is. And it's only about a 10 min drive from the Strip. Again, amazing stay and would highly recommend.
Great for a big group, very friendly hosts
I hosted 15 people here for a birthday celebration, and it was a fantastic place to stay. The host was super communicative, and reached out to ask if we needed anything beforehand. We had planned to bring our own humidifiers, but when I asked if they had any, they proceeded to buy one for each room. When the hot tub temp was too low, the host had me call him and very quickly walked me through adjusting the temperature.The grounds look like the photos, and every one of our guests was blown away when they walked through the door. If you are looking for a place that is above and beyond for a special occasion, this place knocks it out of the park.
I stayed here for business trip, and it was perfect! The location is close to the Strip yet feels peaceful and tucked away. The outdoor area is seriously impressive—big, beautiful, and almost like a nature escape, making it feel miles from the city. Inside was was even better than the photos. Clean, cozy, and ideal for getting work done and relaxation at the same time. The host was amazing too —super communicative and very accommodating, made sure I had everything I needed, which we really appreciated!! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat if I had the chance again. Highly recommended!!

Great stay for my company for a conference. Everyone had very separate space and en suite bathrooms, perfect for corporate settings. I wish we took more advantage of the insane outdoor space though!
This has to be one of the nicest Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, it is truly a resort. I had a group of 20 adults who were celebrating love and life, and it was more than enough space to accommodate us all. The pictures doesn't do this place justice, it is truly a sight to see. My guests absolutely enjoyed their stay with many stating that they would love to visit again or even do their own event there. Richman was a great host; very responsive, laid back but professional. I can't say enough great things about the property as well as Richman. If you have a large group and looking for a resort style vibe this is definitely the place to book!

Absolutely stellar location with plenty of space for everyone at all times. Despite the aggressively intense heat & weather, having a well air-conditioned place to stay (with 3 seperate pools all to ourselves) felt like a literal safe haven for the group.

We stayed here for a bachelor party. This house is ideal for a large group. The house and grounds are extremely cool with tons to do between the pools, day beds, pickleball court, and outdoor TV. The host is phenomenal and very proactive. By far the best check-in and check-out experience I have ever had. The home and grounds are clean and well decorated. You will feel very zen in this home. However, this property is further east of the strip than the approximate location shows. Expect it to be about 5 mins further east than you’re expecting. Overall, if you’re looking to visit Las Vegas with a large group, I would highly recommend this home!
We had an AMAZING experience here for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend! It fit our group of 16 easily. Multiple pools and the pickleball court was so fun! It’s almost like a resort complex all on its own! The airbnb host was very communicative and you can’t beat the location so close to the strip!

This is the perfect spot to stay in Las Vegas if you are going with a large group. We had 15 and the property was amazing. It was more of a private resort than just an AirBnb. There is an incredible amount of space that really can accommodate whatever you want to do during the day, even if you don't leave the property (our favorite was the back patio with the outdoor TV). The host was fantastic, both before we even got to the property and once we arrived. It's a short car ride from all the activity of Las Vegas and is the perfect place to relax after a big night downtown. We also played several rounds of golf while in town and there were several courses within 30 minutes of the property. I can't recommend this place enough if you are traveling with a large group!
this place is amazing. the backyard is like a resort, with 2 pools, and a Jacuzzi that's huge. ( almost a small pool) the living area are separate. one building houses the main kitchen, living room, dining room and a few bath/bed rooms. another building in the same property has separate " casitas" with bedrooms and bathrooms. great for privacy. the location on the address is not the same as actual property address. it's further away from the strip than how it shows up. but it's still convenient with walking distance to grocery, alcohol etc shops. overall a great property. would recommend.

Perfect getaway, just what we needed. We stayed at paradise with family for a wedding happening on the Blvd. It was better than the pictures, beautiful spot! Unfortunately there was a massive windstorm (through no faultOf hosts) but luckily there was more than enough space to accommodate indoors! HighlyRecommend.

This was a wonderful airbnb. The place was clean and neat, the hosts were super super accomodating and nice. The amenities were all as they were mentioned, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Ours was a huge group but everything went off without a hitch!

Absolutely loved the grounds. Host was super attentive and went above my expectations. Truly a peaceful place. All of our guests were wowed and want to return for their own events. I will suggest that you bring bug repellent because the mosquitoes got us good.The only feedback I gave the host was with hot water for the showers in a few of the bathrooms which they tried to fix while we were there. He is ordering parts to have it fixed.We are so thankful we could host our family and friends in such a beautiful place.

I give this property and host 5-stars, but not because our stay was without incident. Booked this listing for my bachelorette. We had some bad luck with the weather, unfortunately. Storms hit hard, leaving the neighborhood without power for 2 hours, right as we were getting ready to go out. We got ready in the dark. The host wasn’t in the area when I called but immediately went to the store and brought us over some electric lanterns, which were helpful for the last 30 minutes of the power outage. There were also some leaks onto one of our guests’ beds from the skylight due to the storm. When I informed him, he came by with fresh linens and took care of it while we were out. I was impressed with how he handled problems that arose.Aside from that, and being unable to use the cabanas due to the constant rain, we were able to make the most of our stay. The property looks even better in person, we were absolutely blown away. Only advice would be to get a generator for a property that size
This was truly an amazing location. The distance to the Strip and Airport was perfect. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. We couldn’t of asked for a better host. The Listing was everything and more than what we imagined. It was honestly more spacious than we expected and wasn’t far from anything that we wanted to do!From the cleanliness, to the pools, to the jacuzzi, to the games and outdoor amenities, it was hard to want to leave the Airbnb. I truly hope to book with Richman again. Richman, thank you for everything. We had a successful Cousin’s Trip LV 23’ and hope to be back again soon! We use this for a small business meeting, four nights total. The space allowed good room to set up computers and presentation material and a great atmosphere to relax after the daily meetings. Nobody wanted to leave site to visit the strip. Wonderful place to team build and enjoy downtime.

First off, the place is amazingly gorgeous! There's so much space within the front/backyard. I like the fact that there are trees around that give you shade, especially during early/late afternoon. Swimming pools are so pretty to jump in. I will definitely come back for another group event.
This space is fantastic. HUGE open yard with plenty to do - pools, hot tub, a pickle ball court, ping pong table, grill and lots of space to lounge around. We stayed with a group of 15 people but the property could easily sleep almost twice that amount. Queen beds all around. While it looks somewhat far from the strip, its only a 10-15 min Uber ride away. Overall a fantastic place to stay just off-strip with a group of friends!

We went for a wedding and edc, we were there for a whole week and weekend. The hosts were amazing, friendly, and took care of any questions or concerns we had. It was perfect for the giant group we had. The grounds were so pretty and they had lots of backyard gamers ready to play. The pools were immaculate. We had a great time🎉
My group of 16 loved staying here! The place was like staying at a nice resort where all the guests are friends. We got to check in early and check out a little later than the prescribed time. We also got a nice tour while checking in. Richman was responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. If there was something we needed, he or his employees came over right away. The location was good - not too far from the strip. Definitely recommend staying at his place!

The first time we booked a house in Las Vegas, as we always stayed in the hotels of the city, and did not regret it. We spent a great time in this house, the house is located near the center of Las Vegas, the house had everything you need to relax, a jacuzzi, two pools, a barbecue, trestle beds, comfortable furniture, even disposable utensils. The owner of the house thought of everything to the smallest detail, he was very kind and met us upon arrival at the House, explained how to close the doors, how to set up the air conditioner, etc. ... I am very glad that we chose this house for this trip, and I will recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances.

This listing is new on AirBnB so I was a little worried when booking as there were no other reviews. However, Richman was great at communicating with me, answering all my questions and ensuring that this place was legit. My group and I enjoyed this place greatly, especially the two pools and hottub. Each area of the backyard has its own vibe to it but the backyard as a whole definitely WOW's you. The property is so spacious! Our group consisted of several couples and loved having our own bathrooms. Richman lives right next to/on the property which was great when we had issues with things that weren't working. Him and his maintenance guy, Dwight, took care of things ASAP to ensure we had a wonderful stay :) This listing does indeed have 9 bedrooms, we didn't notice one of the bedrooms upon arrival and ended up just using 8 bedrooms. Since this listing is still fairly newish, there's still some improvements that could be done. Some of the rooms are a bit dark which made it hard to see at night. This listing is a great place for bigger groups and it's not far from the strip. Thank you Richman and Dwight for a great stay!
